Pullulan is a Biopolymer material. It is a Polysaccharide produced by the fermentation of carbohydrate (like starch/sugar) by the fungus Aureobasidium Pullulan. Its polysaccharides are water soluble by nature, through fermentation which makes it a Pullulan.
These are 100% natural vegetable capsules which are edible polymer, odorless & have no identifiable taste. For those, who hesitate in taking the gelatin; can take this vegetarian substitute for better health.
